Saga Units FAQ

Here you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Q:  How will I receive my units after I pay for them?  What payment types do you Accept?

A: You will receive your units in game via the in game email system (pigeon roost).  Be sure to put your nation name in the correct box when you check out so that we can find you in the game.  Our transactions are processed via PayPal's secure server so you can use your credit card or your PayPal account.

I have a bank account setup to accept wire transfers from countries that do not let their people use PayPal. I will take any form of payment that my bank can handle whether it be travellers checks, money orders, western union or direct deposit.  I'll simply email you a gift card for that amount which you can spend anyway you would like at SagaUnits.com Just email me if you would like to use any of these options.

Q: I was wondering if I could buy from and sell to you even under the trial version?

A: Trial accounts can purchase cards and have them delivered, but they can not send cards out.

Q: Do you buy units/cards or accounts?

A: While it is against the rules to buy or sell accounts, we would look at your collection of cards for possible purchase.  Email us a spreadsheet of your collection to sagaunits@gmail.com. You can get the spreadsheet from www.playsaga.com, then login to My Nation. Then click on status and there is a link to export your collection to a .csv file.  When sending your .csv file, please be sure to take out any promo cards or cards you do not want to sell.  After we agree on a price you'll send your units to sagaunitscom or sagaunits depending on your faction.  After that is done shoot me an email or send me a tell in game letting me know that it is complete. I'll then verify and issue you a store credit or a PayPal payment.

I do have a buy list on my main page, these units are what I'm paying premium prices for.  I can pay in store credit, cash, retail booster codes, or resources.

Q: I've an issue with my order. What should I do?

A: Please contact us at sagaunits@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to find a resolution. This email will get sent to my phone in case I am not at my PC at the time.

Q: What are your store hours?

A: Deliveries are made 6:30am to 2-4am Sunday - Thursday, 6:30am to 2-4am Fridays and 9am to 2-4am Saturday.  These hours are not set in stone but we do like to check our inbox at all hours of the day and night, but they are a good guideline to follow.  All times are in EST.  We strive to get your order out within 5 hours of purchase, but we do deliver much sooner. 

Q: Who are you and why did you open this store?

A: My name is Casey and I've been a gamer for over 26 years ,starting out with the Atari 800xl.  I am a Computer Network Engineer and work for the state police, and a former Marine.  I stay very active with 3 kids and serving the community as a Freemason.  Running my own business is something I've always wanted to do and doing it over the internet allows me the versitality of not being tied down to an office.  I've a passion for gaming, TCG's, and the gaming industry as a whole.  Saga appealed to me right off the start as they are not a big time developer and created a game that, in my opinion, will create a shift in MMO's, RTS, and TCG's in one fell swoop.  I look forward to a good future with Saga and my customers.  Game on!
