Shipping Time
We ship orders as soon as possible. If possible, we will rush an order upon request. If you are in a hurry or have a time commitment, please let us know.

Due to most of the items in this store as being virtual cards, you must have the Saga game and an account for Saga. Units will be emailed to your user account in game after we have received your payment.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined by the ZIP code of the delivery address. Entering the correct ZIP code is your responsibility. You also may be charged a standard flat rate.

For shipment within the continental US, actual shipping charges for our standard shipping methods are available upfront: simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and enter your correct shipping ZIP code. No other information is required. The total charge for your order will be shown in your shopping cart; you do not need to enter any additional billing or shipping information.

Express Shipping
For express shipping availability and cost, please email sagaunits@gmail.com if you dont desire what is offered by the USPS

Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies to free ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states. This excludes shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO addresses. It also includes all digital items

Shipping Carriers
Unless other arrangements are made, all orders are shipped USPS Mail. We choose the carrier based on the warehouse location of the ordered items and the delivery location.

Shipping outside the Continental 48 US states
All shipping quotes are offered by the USPS.  If you would like to use something else, Please contact us and we can arrange something.


Our Return Policy ----------------------------------------------------------

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization Number.

Return authorizations must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery of your order.

New Merchandise
You may return new merchandise for any reason. The merchandise must be complete and include all original documentation and packaging.

Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

On items that include Free Shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
To request a return authorization, email sagaunits@gmail.com with your order number, the part number, and reason for return. Once a return request is received and processed, you will receive an email with your return authorization number, instructions for return, and the amount you will be credited for your return in writing. When your return is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the item and credit you as indicated in the return authorization email. We will email you a receipt for the credit. We recommend you insure your return shipments.

Used Merchandise Used merchandise will not be authorized for return. StampwithRonda.com will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to evaluate exceptional circumstances.

Unauthorized Returns
No credit will be given for packages received without a valid Return Authorization Number.

If you Receive Incorrect or Defective Merchandise If our warehouse ships the wrong item or you receive an item that is defective, we will arrange for a pre-paid return label for the incorrect item. We will also ship the correct item or replacement item at no additional charge. We must receive the original item or proof of shipment of the original item within 30 days of delivery or we will charge your card for the cost of the replacement item.

Shipping Damage
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will either replace the item or ship replacements parts (if for example the item requires assembly and some parts are missing or damaged). We will ship replacement merchandise or parts via normal shipping methods. We may need your assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company that damaged the merchandise. If you can, take a picture of the package when it arrives if it is damaged. We appreciate your cooperation. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for any damaged merchandise that must be returned to us.
